Welcome to Pibo ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Pibo mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pibo is a voice-first AI to-do list. It captures spoken brain dumps, uses AI to parse them into structured tasks, and helps you keep track of what needs doing. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in via a supported third-party provider (Apple). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Pibo Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into or speak to the App (task titles, dates, notes, subtasks, etc.). We store this data securely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information, including how we process voice transcripts.

The App, its design, code, and content (excluding user data) are owned by MG Business Lab. Third-party trademarks and logos referenced in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pibo's AI parser is statistical and may occasionally misinterpret voice input — wrong dates, wrong subjects, missing details. You should always review parsed tasks before approving them. Pibo is a productivity tool and does not perform any action on your behalf (other than creating tasks/events you explicitly approve).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MG Business Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed deadlines, incorrect tasks, or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.
