Yes. On the review screen, tap any task to edit the title, change the date, category, or priority, add/remove subtasks, or merge a task into another. You can also remove a parsed task with the X. Nothing is saved to your list until you tap Approve.
Pibo understands phrases like "today", "tomorrow", "Friday", "next Monday", "in two weeks" and converts them to real dates in your timezone. If you say a time ("at 3pm"), the task gets that time. If you only say a day, the task gets no specific time so it doesn't fire a 9am notification by surprise.
If a task has a due date, Pibo can send you a push notification at that time. Enable notifications when prompted, or toggle them in Settings > Preferences. Subtasks with their own dates also get their own reminders.
Yes, with Pibo Pro. Once you grant calendar access in Settings, Pibo creates a "Pibo" calendar and adds dated tasks (and any dated subtasks) as events. Editing or deleting a task updates the calendar event.

Pibo Pro is managed through your Apple App Store. Go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > Pibo to cancel. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period.
Open Pibo, go to Settings > Account > Delete account. This permanently removes all your tasks, subtasks, and account data. You can also email pibo@mgbusinesslab.com if you can't sign in.
Yes. Your tasks live encrypted on your device. Pro users' tasks sync to Supabase with row-level security so only you can read your own data. Voice transcripts are processed in-memory and never stored. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
